    -|the 11th inst. in consequence of the non-arrival of witnesses
    from Canada.

    ships of war in this harbour fora number of months, as there
    are at present. . Besides the Winchester, bearing the flag.of

    Admiral Adam, the Frigates Seringap
    patra, and Pique, and the brigs Victor,
    Charybdis, have lately arrived, and it

    that they will all remain in this harbour, under the imme-

    diate direction of the Admiral, until the
    trial is ascertained, :
