SAMUEL WOODSIDE On Tuesday, October 15th at the home of her grandson, Charles Woodslde, Mrs. Samuel Woodside passed peacefully away. Her husband had predeceased her nine years ago. She was a daughter of the late Duncan and Mrs. Ross of Stanley Bridge. . Mrs. Woodsldo had celebrated her 95th birthday 1n July and d0- spito her advanced years was wonderfully active until her last illness of about three months. she was gifted with an exceptional memo y and could give most accur- ate details of incidents covering a wide span of years. The late Mrs. Woodside was a. member of the United Church at. Margate to which she was loyally devoted and where she always attended when strength permitted and was always presefl? last. The funeral was held from til. home of her grandson where she died. It was conducted by Rev. G, N. Somers who was assisted by Rev. George Ayers a former and much rapected pastor.
