Beer were re- elected, and at a subsequent meeting of the Trustees, Mr. Palmer was unani- mously re-elected President. Dr. Taylor moved that a vote o thavks be given to Dr. Johnson,who he said might be called one of the fathers of the Hospital. Dr. {McLeod seconded the motion and said he hoped to see the walls of the New Hospital adorned by an oil portrait of Dr.John- son. This motion was also very enthusi- astica ly received.
