Charlottetown. was united in marriage to Roland. son of Mr. and Mrs. J. B. Babin of Ed- munston. N.B. Right Reverend Monseigneur Patrick .'VlacMahon officiated. Mrs. Joseph Dougan was or- ganist and Mr. Connie LeClair rendered several solos through- out the Mass. The bride. given in marriage by her father, was lovely in her bridal gown of nylon not over satin. the lace bodice having a scalloped neckline and the long sleeves tapering to points over the hands. Her finger tip veil of hille illusion fell from a coronet of seed pearls. She carried a white prayer boolr encased in a lane jacket. from which fell sa- tin streamers with roeebuds at- tacbed. Miss Thelma Doucette was maid of honor for her sister. She was becomingly attired in a street length dress of mint green taffeta with scoop neckline em- broidery in crystallette and a matching detachable overskirt. she wore a small bandeau head- dress in matching ghade. and car- ried a nosegay of yellow mums. The bridesmaids.' Miss Ade- line Lavery. Toronto. friend of the bride. and Mrs. Gabriel Mi- chaud. Madewaslra. Maine, sis- ter of the groom. wore identi- cal gowns and accessories to the maid of honor. The duties of best man were performed by Mr. Gabriel Mi- chaud. brother-in-law of the groom. Mr. Danny Petrelli and Mr. Ron Gritenni, friends of the bridal couple, of Toronto. usher- ed the guests to their pews. Following the ceremony the bridal pary motored to Stan- hope Beach inn. where their wed- ding reception was held for six- ty guests.
