XII An Act to repeal the Act intituled “An Act to alter and amend the Laws now in force relatng to the Militia,” and to revive certain Acts therein tnen- Honed. [Passed April 3, 1865.] E it enacted by the Lieutenant Governor, Council and Assembly, as follows: I. The Act ofthe General Assembly ofthis Island, passed in the Fourteenth year of the reign of Her present Majesty, chapter six, intituled “ An Act to alter and amend the Laws now in force relating to the Militia,’ shall be, and the same is hereby repealed. II. The several Acts of the General Assembly, hereinafter mentioned, namely, an Act passed in the twentieth year ofthe reign of His late Majesty,King George the Third, chapter one, intiinled “ An Act for the establishing and regulating a Militia, except the second, fifth, sixth, tenth, eleventh fifteenth, twentieth and twenty-eighth clauses thereof;” an Act passed in the thzrd year of the reign of His late Majesty King William the Fourth, chapter thirty. intituled “An Act for repealing Certain parts oftlte Act intituled ‘ An Act for the establishing and regu— lating a Militia, and for substituting other provisions in lieu thereof;’ ” and an Act passed in the ninth year ofthe reign of Her present Majesty, Queen Victoria, chapter six, intituled “ An Act to render the Militia more efficient, anti to repeal certain parts of Acts therein mentioned,” shall be,and the. some are hereby revived, re-enacted, and continued in full force and virtue.
