Now we do hereby give Public Notice to all parties concerned, that we will commence the execution of the said Commission, by attending at the aforesaid place, on MONDAY, the 27th day of AUGUST next, at the hour of Eleven o’clock, in the forenoon of the same day, and will proceed along the proposed line of road and complete said Commission according to law.
