A special thanks to our van drivers for the weekend; Don Large, Paula authier, and Steven Richard. : Hall Happenings Greetings once again, Big Dogs, This week, we send our thanks to the Residence Life Committee for putting on another fun-filled afternoon of bowling at the Basil- ica Rec. Centre on Saturday, Oct. 14. From the vanload of Mar- ian/Bernadine Hallers who went to the lanes, there emerged vic- torious a team of three. Terry ”Killer” Trainor bowled consis- tently Saturday afternoon, chalk- ing up a tournament-high 261 in the second game. Also weild- ing a hot arm was team cap- tain Alan ”The Storm” Rip- ley. Thanks should also be given to all those who participated in the winning team’s Truly Awesome victory party Saturday night. Does anybody know what happens when you cross a 26 oz. bottle of refreshments with some- one who is allergic to it? Just ask ”Tigger” Deas, who finally stopped bouncing at about 2:00 AM. (I wonder if he’s found the other half of his eyebrow yet....) Mention should be made that a certain senior was rumoured to have been over (Way over!) the weather (and the legal limit) Sat- urday night. Considering the manner in which he had been dancing, some residents found it suprising that nobody had stuffed money in his shorts! We would also like to send out regards to Terry T., who seems to be short a few leg hairs; we understand that he’ll soon be scouting Berna- dine Hall for some additions to his wardrobe. We are quite sure, however, that the next time he tries to kick a habit, he won’t be laying bets on it!
