big shell and gun making plants there
and will then tour the rest ot Canada

ATHENS, July 27.-Further infor-
mation has reached here from Con-
stantinople concerning the action of
the British submarine which bombard-
ed Gherson station, near Tuzla. The
station building and a train in the
station loaded with wheat were de-
stroyed. The submarine then bom-
barded Turkish ammunition works at
Zeitun Burnu, and caused several ex-
plosions.
lt is realised in Turkish military
circles thatcommand of the inner seas
and the Black Sea has been lost to
them. -
The Turks are preparing for another
general attack against the British
position on Gallipoli.
