Mr. Umlah ciaims that the mother surrendered all claim to any property her daughter might possess when she signed the paper above referred to, and also that the dying words of a per- gon are as binding as a written will. Waea 200 yards from home they drifted south about « quarter of a mile and took refuge in acanyon, where they were soon covered by snow. Thursday morning the elder brother crawled out of the snow and attempted to get home. He was soon frozen. The younger brother froze to death later. Friday morning the bodies of the young men were found, and then the searchers found the gitl, who had been ont 36 hours, badly frzen. The girl did nut know her brothers were dead.
