Jus- tice Kenneth Me-Donald, Chief Justice of the Tri- als division of the provincial Supreme Court has won the position. _ He succeeds William Wedlock, who was chair- man for the past three one- year terms. University reg- ulations permit an individ- ual to hold the chairman’s position for no more than three terms.
