     Requirements: 
     
    

    
     — experience with non-formal education; work experience with youth; 
     
    

    
     — skills in group dynamics; experience in community development work; 
     
    

    
     — cross-cultural experience through work or travel; 
     
    

    
     — available to live away from home for duration of contract 
     
    
   
   
    
     —- preferences given to bilingual (French/English) candiates, or trilingual for Latin American
