acquitted themselves in their work.

eries, lias received from the Depart-
ment at Ottawa, the standard of re-
iiuirements for lobster canneries.
These requirements have to do with
the style of packing, the methods of
handling the pack, the type of equip-
ment to be used, provisions for clean-
iness, purity, the disposal of offal,
abundant water supply, water tight
floors, adeqiiate ventilation etc. Here-
after licenses will be granted to new
lobster nannerics which meet with
certain requirements and the existing
cannerirs must comply with such rc-

Dec 31st, '10, otiicrwise licenses will
not be continued.
