Boisncr, Prohibition Inspector for Queeii’s,| with an _offence against the Proliibi-‘ tion Act. The charge is in respect of an alleged sale of intoxicating liquor. Beer was seized. according to the evi- dence of the prosecution, and it was stated to be of the kind known as “home-made." The testimony of thc Government Analyst, who examined the stuff, _has yet to be given as to the strength of the beer tested. This will be taken to-day, to which the casc has been adjourned.
