WHEREAS His Worship the Mayor of the City of Charlotte- town hath, on account of the recent tires which have taken place in this City, and which are supposed to be the work of Incendiaries, expressed to me his apprehension of impendin danger from Incendiarism to this City, and his desire that a suit- able reward be offered for the detection and punishment of any person or persons who shall hereafter be guilty of any act or acts of lnccndiarism: I have thought lit, by and with the advice and consent of'Her Majesty’s Council, to proclaim, and I do hereby proclaim and offer a Reward of ONE HUNDRED POUNDS to any person or persons (not the actual party to the act) who will give such information and evidence as will lead to the dis- covery, apprehension and conviction et'any person or persons who shall hereafter be guilty of any actor acts ot'Incendiai-ism.
