PPLICATION Imving been made to His Excellency the Lieutenant Governor, in Council. for Grants of the exclusive right to fish for Oysters or Oyster Brood, and to form New Oyster Beds, in the following Rivers, viz:— IN PRINCE COUNTY. In Dunk River—in the locality shown on the. plan thereof, an- ' nexed to the said application, and described as followsz—Thei Eastern boundary thereof. shall be a right line drawn from the extremity of Iiurd’s Point wharf, to Wilmot I’oint, Township Number 25, and thence extended to the shore, under or near George Darby’s, Township Number 17, the outer or Wes'ern boundary thereof. a line drawn from Indian Point Reef, to Welling’s Point, Township Number 17. IN QUEEN’S COUNTY In the Hillsborougli River—in the first division, described as followsz—The Eastern boundary thereof, shall be a line drawn from the Queen’s Wharf, Charlottetown, to the Wharfat Minchin‘s Point—the Southern boundary shall be a line drawn from Block House Point, to Trout Point--—the Northern boundary, a line drawn from the Queen’s Wharf, to York Point. Township Num- ber 32, and its Western boundary, a line drawn from York Point to Cause Point.
