Following the official opening and introduct- mile swim will be transported to Montrose Bridge where they will enter the water and proceed to- ward Killare Bridge. While this swim is in progress other events will proceed at Kildare Bridge. A half-mile swim open to non- residents of the Province will be of interest to tourists. Three classes of boat races are heduled in addition to the swim- ming events. Meals will be served at Kildare Bridge and there will be booths at which hot dogs, soft drinks and ice cream will be available. There will also be swings for the child- ren and a country store. Much thought, planning and work have been given by the com. mittee to West Prince's first an- ual Aquatic Sports Day and the event is anticipated with enthus- iasm by all who are interested in water sports.
