member if itwas April 2. I suppose
I got an order on Byrne Bros. for
4th April if order is on them. I paid
50c a niece for the orders.
To Mr. Weeks-I got seven certi-
ficates between Jan. I4 and April
8, from Dr. McN'oill. I told the doc-
tor I was suffering from a had cold
cough and influenza, and wanted
some stimulants to cure and ease
me. The doctor prescribed this for
me for medical purposes and caution-
ed me touse them that way. The
doctor has-given me medicine in his
own office. The doctor did not
gave me the prescription on Jan. 25
for anything but my bronchitis. I
have suffered from n weak heart. I
remember telling the doctor that.. I
always have abronchial con;-lr it
was for that the doctor prescribed. I
swear 'positively he did not prescribe
for any other purpose. I not it for
‘medical purposes on March 24. On
lthe 2nd and 4th April too, it was for
#the name purpose. The doctor never
-gave me these as a matter of course
