ROYAL GAZETTE. e5 IBY virtue of a \Vrit of Alias Statute Execution to me directed,issued out of Her Majesty’s Supren'te Court ofJudicature, at the. soit of John ltIeMurdo Cannon, John Alexander Black and John lloosee Barry, against Joseph \Vightman, I have taken and seized, as the pro- perty of the said Joseph W’ightman, All the Right, title and freehold interest of the said Joseph \Vightman, in and to all that tract of land 011 Lot 52. near Montague Bridge, commencingr on the west side ot'Montague road, at the North boundary of land in possession of Man- oah Rowe, and bounded on the South by said boundary, bearing south 7~1dg. 30min west for the distance of seven- ty-eight feet, bounded on the \Vest by a line running thence North fora distance of seventy-two (72) feet and hounded on the East by Montague Road aforesaid, having a front thereon extending from the aforesaid place of commencement of serenty (70) feet. and bourid- ed on the North for a distance of sixty-four (64.) feet by a line. if continued, that would intersect the rear line at a distance of eleven (ll) feet North from the angle of seventy-two (73) feet aforesaid, and bounded thence by a rightline to said angle at Seventy-two (72) feet, making a. distance of twenty feet as the angle from the West end of the sixty-four (tit) feet to the angle of seventy-two (72) feet or rear line of the land. Also, all that tract of land being a small Island known by the name 'I‘hrum Cap, situate in Albion liay, including an area of three acres, a little more or less. which said tract of land or Island is particularly marked on a plan or survey of reserved lands adjoining Royalty of George- town. and kept in the Oflice of Registrar of Deeds. Also, all that piece of land in Georgetown, commencing at a stake fixed on sooth Side \Vater Street, at the north—west corner of water Lot number twenty-two, in said Town ; thence running southerly along western boundary line of said Lot, one hundred feet; thence at right angles westwardly sixty- twc feet until it meets a Street laid out in said Town called \Vood Street; thence along said \Vood Street northwardly until it meets Water Street aforesaid; thence along said. last mentioned Street eastwardly to the stake or place of commencement. Also, all that piece of marsh land purchased by said Joseph Wight- man from Cummings, in the year 1837, commencing at a square post fixed at. a small creek at the head ofmarsh, thence following various courses of the margin between the upland and marsh westwardly and south westwardly to astake on the point of upland on the shores of Albion Bay; thence South 45deg. east to channel of said creek; thence. following various courses up the same to place of commencement. containing six acres and one rood. Also, all that tract of land at St. Andrews Point, Lot fifty-nine, commencing on the west side of‘ the old French burying-grouml, on the scuth side of Montague River; thence bounded by land in the occupation of Roger \‘i’cstaway, south {30° West thirty-eight chains; thence also bounded by Vv’estm'ay's land south 30° west sevmiteen chains and fifty links; thence hounded by land purchased by Edward 'l‘hornton. South 55 9 east thirty—one chains and fifty links, to Albion Bay; thence along shore to place of commencement. being bounded by Albion Bay and Montague River, containing, exclu- sive of reservations, one hundred and seventy-nine acres, more or less. Also. all that part of the globe land reserved by Government, on Lot 59. situate and fronting on Montague River, extending due east and west eight chains and sixty-seven links; thence by parallel lines running due south a sufficient distance to make forty-five and a half acres. Also, all that piece of ground and premises situate on Lot (44) forty-four, commencing 0n the North bank of Rollo Bay, at the south—west angle of Simon Burke’s farm, and thence SOutll-west along said bank for the distance of four chains and seventeen links ; thence north 69 0 cast six chains and fifty links ; thence north 80 0 east sixty-three chains and fifty links, to the rear of John Rossiter’s farm; thence northerly along said rear four chains and thirty links; thence south 8t) 0 west sixty-three chains and fifty links, or until it meets the south line of Fidell Deaglc’s farm, and therce south 69° west along the said Fidell Deagle's south line to the said bank of be- ginning. being the northerinost part of the globe and school land in Lot forty-four, containing thirty acres of land. a little more or less. Also, Town Lots Nos. 4, 9 and 13. 2d Range, Letter A, in Georgetown; \Vater Lot No. 22, in Georgetown ; Pasture Lots Nos. 30 and 127, in the Royalty of Georgetown, with the Houses, Out-houses and all Buildings on the said several and- rcspective pieces of land, all in King’s County; and I do hereby give Public Notice that I will, on Thursday, the ’t‘wentv-second day of June, A.
