DEATH NOTICE DR. z RANDOLPH MURCHISON Tt was with great sorrow and a very keen sense of loss that the many friends throughout this province learned of the passing of Dr. son in the Prince Edward Island Hospital, in the early morning of July Ist. Truly, one of the out- standing citizens and beloved been called from our midst to higher services. Dr. Murchison was born at Clyde River Nov. 5 1896, Prince Edward Island and was the son of the late Dr. and Mrs. Aexan- der John Murchison. His mother was the former Jessie Norma MacQueen. He received his educa- tion in the loca] shool, Prince of Wales College, Charlottetown and Dathousie University, Halifax. During the First World War he served overseas with the 105th battalion. After graduation from medical school, the late Dr. Murchison practiced for a short time in Glace Bay, Cape Breton. and in Tyne Valley, Prince Edward Is- land.
