Lowe in her 83rd year. A lady of pleasing disposition. possessing those qua ities of heart and mind which endeared and won for her numerous friends. her loss will be mourned by many in this city. Stricken with a heart attack early in December she was cori- fined to her bed until her passing. The late Mrs. Lowe was a faith- ful and consistent mqmber of St. Paul's Arglican Church and a llie- long member of the Woman's Auxiliary. There are left lp mourn the loss of a kind and loving mother, one son and three daughters: Weston Miss Elsie, Mrs. Earl Prowse and Mrs. Pmker Ritchie. all of this city and to all of whom the Guardian extends sincere sympathy. This is the second bereavement the family suffered in less than two years. Their father. passed away fifteen months ago and their brother Lou about two months ego.
