IN MEMORIAM MRS. AMOS MONAGIAN On May 20. I957. the gentle soul of Mrs. Amos Monaghan of North Wiltshire returned to its Creator. Mrs. Monsghan. before marriage. was Mary Ellen Murray. daughter of the late James and Margaret Murary. She was SI years old. For four years after marriage she lived in Vernon where her hus- band was station master. Then they moved to Royalty Junction and resided there for six years. In 1922 Mr. Monaghan was trans- ferred to North Wiltshlre and that was their home until a short while before her death. She was not blessed with any children of her own but she adop- ted a son Henry Monsghan. who predeceased her. and a daughter Beatrice Duffy. now Mrs. Labella of Ottawa. who was at borne for the funeral. Nellie. as she was known by her friends. was one of Natures cult- ured ladies. always kind and gen- tle. charltable and hospitable.
