IIEREAS a Commission has been issued, directed to us, under and by virtue of an Act passed in the fourteenth year of the reign of Her present Majesty Queen Victoria, intituled “ An Act to regulate the laying out and altering of Highways;” and of the Acts in amendment thereof, whereby we are commanded to estimate the damage or advantage that will accrue to the parties through whose land a new line of Road is intended to pass along the line dividing the Farms of Peter McKenna and Peter Ayl- worth, and through William McCallan’s farm to the Palmer’s Road. ’ Now we do hereby give public notice to all parties concerned, that we will commence the eXecution of the said Commission by attending on the said line of head, at or near William McCallan’s, on MONDAY, the 11th day of MARCH next, at the hour of 11. o’clock. in the forenoon of the same day, and proceed in accordance with the terms of the Act 14th Vic., cap. 1, and ot the Acts in amendment thereof.
