I_ IS Excellency the Lieutenant Governor, in Council, was this day pleased to fix and determine the rate at which the amount ot‘ the invoice of dutiable Goods imported into this Island from the l'nited States of Ameri *a, shall, in estimating the duties payable thereon, be reduced into current money ot the Island, as follows : In all cases where such Invoices shall be made out in Dollars and Cents 0t tnc paper currency or the United L‘tates, tue amount or such invoice shall be reduced into current money of this Island by al- lowing for each Dollar the sum of Four shillings and eight pence, and in thelike proportion for any fraction of a Dollar,—ot' which all Collectors of Impost arc to take notice, and govern themselves accordingly.
