ROAD COMPENSATION ACT PUBLIC NOTICE. ‘VE the undersigned Commissioners appointed by His Excellency the Lieutenant Governor, in Council, to examine and report on the necessity of opening a road to the shore of Ilowe Bay, Lot 34, across the farms of Charles Dingwell and James Dingwell. Now we do hereby give public notice to all parties, that we will commence the execution of the said commission, by attending at the aforesaid place, on Thursday the 27th day of July next, at. 11 o’clock of the fore noon of the same day, and will proceed along the proposed line of road and complete the commission according to law.
