     4-H Club work is a training in which rural children learn better ways of farming 
     
     and home making. better ways of working together in groups and on commun- 
     
     ity matters. better ways of living. it recognizes the basic. educational values of 
     
     farm life . . . it puts the emphasis on self reliance. character and an appre- 
     
     ciation of the things of the open country. It makes for good homes. good citi-
