C,M.B.A. Hall, Kensington, to hear
‘Mayor Baliie give his concert. The
‘concert consisted of selections on the
Highland Lowland and Irish bag-
pipes, and also on the violin. Be-
sides therc were Scotch, Irish and
bcal. mater ns the diilerent selec-
tions. and especially a pibrock was
rendered on the Pipes. It is regrett-
lnble, however, that such rowdy pro-
ceedings were carried on outside, in
close proximity to the Hall, which
prevented those inside from fully en-
joying the concert. It is a pity that
any concert, ple-social, or dance held
in Kensington should be marred by
the actions of- men under the iniiu
ence of drink. There should be some
way of stopping these disturbances.
