Deceased had‘ been in robust health until about ten days before his death. when he was laid up with an abcess in the hand. During the first days of his illness he was at- tended by his family doctor, but. szeeing that he was not progressing "ery rapidly he was taken to Sum- merside Hospital for treatment.
