Prizes and certificates were pre- sented to the pupils for their memorizing and attendance, and Master Horace Macxsy had the honour and distinction of not hav- ing missed a Sunday School class for the past five summers. EH school concert At Tyne Valley -The pupils of Tyne Valle! school staged their usual christ- inas concert. which needless to say was much enjoyed by a large and appreciative audience. Rev. Mr. Williamson very cap- ably acted as chairman and a well prepared program was staged. Santa Claus in his usual jovial mood made his appearance at the end of the closing choruslsnd dis- tributed gifts and treats to all pupils. also treats to all children present at the concert. The treats were donated by Mr. George min. as were last year's treats. , Much credit is due the ieschera. Mr. Donald Mseliesn and Mrs. Myrtle Miller. for their patient training of the pupils. also the Women's Institute for providing the useof the hall free. in
