     The Honorable 
     
     Mr..Bakér, in a short 
     
     speech outlining his 
     
     role at the Univer- 
     
     sity, stated that he 
     
     was happy to say that 
     
     with the addition of 
     
     its new parking ’ 
     
     facilities, U.P.E.I. 
     
     was fast—becoming the 
     
     leading university in 
     
     Canada in Parking 
     
     lot Development. 
     
    
   
   
    
     He also went on 
     
     to point out that the 
     
     province was planning 
     
     to install toll—booths 
     
     at strategic points 
     
    
   
   
    
     throughoht the univer- 
     
     sity and thus, in the 
     
     end, the new system 
     
     would pay for itself.

     ed his address by re- 
     
     marking that he was 
     
     looking forward to his 
     
     new position and was 
     
     confident that his 
     
     university background 
     
     would be very useful 
     
     in his next assignment
