A man from Summerside paid 3100.00 and costs for possession of a pint of liquor which had been purchased from a vendor but not lcilulred on his own permit. A man from Miscouche was fin- ed t100.00 and costs for driving while his ability was impaired by alcohol after pleading guilty to the charge. The case of a party from Kensington also facing an impair- ed driving charge was further ad- urned until October 7th. A charge against a party from Duvar of possession of liquor not purchased from a vendors was withdrawn and another party from that area involved in the incident will face the same charge.
