The important event was the en- rolment ot the First Kensington Ran r Company which has re- cent been organized. the Captain ior the Sea Rangers soon to be organized in summerside, the Lieutenant for the Second Ken- sington Company of Guides soon to be organized and a number 01 Guide Recruits.
