According to Student Services Director, James Griffith, the university would be running the cafeteria" in the sense that we have a percentage that they pay us and we would keep the profits- and losses". When asked if the new cafeteria system would pay off in the long run Mr. Griffith replied that "it will pay off because it will break even. More non-residents will be using the cafeteria - hopefully". or can not go home on the weekends? Still, this is not the point.
