last week from Major D.A. l\lc-
Kinnon, D.S.O_ in which he said

INTERESTING LECTURE.-- Mr
\V.H. Farley of Dayton, Ohio, is in
the city and by request of the Re-
tail Merchants Association will dc-
iiver lectures in Prince of \Vales
College Hall on Tuesday and
Wednesday evening on. "The troub-
les ofthe Merchant and how to
correct them.” The lecture takes up
failures, their causes; store organ-
igation, aidvertising, window display
and an interesting and instructive
talk to clcrks concluding with a
motion picture in which thc subjects
discussed are entertainingly inter-
woven. This will be an educativc
mid valuable lesson to all merchants,
clerks and business men and there,
should be a large attendance.
