Munroe, Registrar of Moosejaw, Sask., is at present visit- ing his relatives in Lorne Valley. Mr. Munroe was called home on account of his father's illness, but the latter had passed away before he arrived. Previous to going West in 1893 Mr. Monroe taught school for a number of years. He taught school for some time in the West before beginning, the study of law. After u success- ful career as a law student he was admitted to the Bar of Saskatchewan, und' after practising for some time he received the appointment of Reg- istrar of Moosejaw, to which is at- tached a _handsome salary.
