We want 300 by the end of i931. - To get this means that 150 scouts lust be better scout. We want more good leaders. And for extension work, we will need funds, and to raise this a spec- ial financial committee will enroll at least 100 associate members during February.’ Any person who is a friend of scouts and would like to receive facts on Scouting in this rrovince, may become an associate amber by paying $2 or more to the Provincial Secretary Treasurer for Boy scouts. We want every Scout registered. Lone Scouts and Bedeque troop have led the way. Plans are already being made for s bigger and better Scout camp on July, 1931, last year 36 were enrolled from all troops in the Province. Re- quirements for camps are. the boy must be a scout and have his par- ents consent. _ It is also the intention of the Provincial Scout Secretary to put on in February or March the third un» it of the Gilwcll Indoor Training Course for leaders.
