The several provisions of the said recited Act, and every clause matter and thing therein contained, shall be extended to and be held and constitute to extend to any property whatever, real or personal, belonging to any department or service of the Imperial Government, in the same Way and manner as if the same were parti« cularly mentioned in the said recited Act.
