A GUARDIAN representative called in yes- terday and was shown some small rolls of butter made by the teachers while the-_ children watched _ with interest, washed dishes and attended to other minor bianches ofthe work. As this province has of late years been going extensively into the dairy business and as present indications foretell much dependence on this induetry.th`e teachers of the Kindergarten thought it advisable to introduce some practical lessons in this line. Their first attempt proved very successful by all appearances and if the quality of the butter can be judg- ed by the buttermilk and considering that the churning was done with an egg-beater and not for market sale, the buiiemnakers of the Kindergarten un- derstand how to make butter.
