Major Bishop was a member of the Prince Edward Is- land Highlanders at the outbreak of war and responded when his unit was called up. He spent over four Years overseas and saw a lot action. He was wounded in the leg in the North African campaign and was invalided back to England. He recovered in time for the in- vaslon of France and was one of the first to land on the beaches on D-Day. The Young People's Camp at Marshfield, held under the aus- gices of the United Baptist Pres- yterian and United Churc es of Prince Edward Island, concluded its activities yesterday. At the closing exercises conducted by the Dean, Rev. J. A.
