The Victoria arrived at St Peter’s from Eastern banks with eighty quintals, and fair catches at Tuskell River and Digby. Small mackerel reported taking hooks treely at Tusket River; fair catches at Digby and seining quite lively in St Mary’s Bay. The dogfish have left the Bay of Fundy, and at Digby the hake and haddock fisheries are again very good.
