LESLIE MIOLIAN The, community of Arlington, Lot 14 and surrounding districts were shocked to learn of the death of Mr. Leslie .MacLean on Sept. 6 after a short illness of four days in the Prince County Hospital, Summerslde, in his 72nd ye,ar. The late Mr. MacLezin lived all his life in Lot 14, and was a son of the late John and Lydia (Mac- Arthur) MacLean. mourn the loss of a kind hus- band and father. his wife, the former Ella Phillips of Elle,rslia. and daughters: Alvin, Summer- side: Eldon. Charlottetown; (Olga) ton. Lot 14; Carl, Toronto. Ont.: (Helen) Mrs. Henry Port Hill: Russel, Bidelord; Hor- iacc, St. Stephen, N.B.; Roland, the, homestead. Also two brothers. Arthur and Stanley, Birch Hill, Lot 14, and a sister (Eva) Mrs. Angus MaCI..ennan, Port Hill. The funeral was held on Sept. 8 from his late residence where a short service was held followed by a service in Lot 14 United Church where die was a member and a regular attendant. Burial was in the adjoining cemetery. The services were conducted by his pastor, Rev. A. .l. MacDonald. who spoke comforting words in the bereaved. The hymns sung iwqre, "Peace.
