The Chairman of Senate Pres. R, Baker although not present at the Senate Meeting, had a motion of reconsideration to be passed. Mr Baker's recomendation was that -for reconsideration of a motion within a twelve month period, Senate would have to have the approval 0 of twenty members present. In a 24 Calendar month period, 18 members, and 16 members in a 36 month period. It was noted that this recomendation tied the hands of Senate some- what in that there were only 25 members_of Senate who actually were active, or attended the Meetings. The motion was therefore amended,to having 18, I 16, and 14 members pre— se—t in the same period of time for approval of a motion of recon- sideration. The amend— ment was approved.
