     A LITTLE NOTE: Bruce Smith neglected to attach his name to the story 
     
     on PEI's conservation strategy in the Jan.-Feb. issue of the newsletter but 
     
     deserves the credit. Bruce also provides the back page in every issue on 
     
     news from the Provincial Parks. The deadline for the May—June issue will 
     
     be the April meeting of the NHS, Tuesday the 7th. That way (if the copy
