MAMMALS: Small greyish seal in upper marsh at Rocky Point in early Dec. was found dead and part of the skin and flippers were cut off (LD). Several reports of flying squirrels at feeders were noted at Rocky Point, Crossroads, and Charlottetown (LD, DO, Dmu). Skunks active at some feeders in Crossroads and Vernon River at Christmas and in early Feb. (DO, JDM, DK). Coyote and red fox seen at Little York in Jan. (380, ED). Dark phase coyote at New Dominion (LD). Silver fox at Clinton during fall harvest (ED).
