      from
      the
      Atlantic

      Agency,

      dollar
      grant

      provincial
      government,
      and
      a
      $4
      million

      from
      the
      students
      of
      UPEI,
      to

      over
      the
      next

      complex’s

      omplimentary
      to
      the
      students
      of
      UPEI.

      for
