Measuring Worms Make it to Charlottetown While walking through a Charlottetown square on September l3, I noticed a twig “walking” along the pavement. There didn't seem to be sufficient breeze to cause this movement so the twig was investigated. Upon close scrutiny, the twig suddenly became a “worm”. This worm was greyish-brown in color with reddish-brown subtly blending in on the upper surface. It also had white lenticels and would you believe it, simulated leaf-scars? I had stumbled upon a measuring worm similar to the inch worm but.larger. This particular variety is also an excellent
