Although in failing health for sev- eral years he Was around about his work as usual up until the end: He was born in Montrose, the eldest son of the late George Pridham and Nellie Hart. He leaves to mourn his passing his wife, the former Helen Mac- Ausland, three children, Dora, 13 years, Keith, 3 years, Carol Ann, 4% months, and one brother Arthur. A son, George, predeceas- ed him two years ago and a sis- ter Dora, passed away a number of years ago. The funeral was held on October 23rd with a short service at the home followed by service at the Montrose United Church, conduc- ted by Mr. Elmer MclLaan. Hymns sung were “Abide With Me”, “Nearer My God To Thee’”’, “Safe In The Arms Of Jesus”. Norman Warren, John McMillan, Raymond Hardy, George Dunbar and Kenneth Pridham. Flower bearers were, Gerald Shaw, George Bowness, Hillard Pridham, and Alder Pridham. Interment was in the church cemetery.
