After viewing the Maritime Art Association exhibition the guests moved on to other rooms in which was hung an exhibition of local work. - Almost 40 in number, in all media, these paintings compare favorably with the work of the artists in the other Maritime Pro- vmces. Both exhibitions are supervised by Miss Eleanor Lowe who was seen at work last evening as she coached the weekly class of stu- dent artists. With one more week to go in the present course, these art classes, sponsored by the P.E.I. Art Society, have proved very pop- ular, and will be continued early in the new year.
