Successful Supper Al Church Hall Last night the Beaver Club Hall. I Montague, was iilled to capacity when the ladies of St. Mary's Church sponsored and aerved in delicious chickpn and ham supper which proved to be an excellent success. it is estimated that supper was served to approximately 350 peo- pie. The congenial atniosphere. pleasant associations. and the sump:uous supper served to wel- come the guests who attended from Montague and vicinity. and lalso iron Charlottetown. The supper was graced by the .prescnce of His Excellency. James (Boyle. Bishop of Charlottetown. who arrived early in the evening. accompanied by Rev. P. J, Mac- Donzild. and were -welcomed by Rev. W. J. Mccardle, PP. The tables. which were basti- iiilly dicoratcd with lovely cakes. were bouniiiully filled with ex- quisite dishes prepared by the lad- ics of the church. and during the hours of serving irom 5:00 p. m, to '7:.'ln p. m. were constantly tilled.
