Y virtue of a writ of Fieri Facias to me directed, issued out of B Her Majesty’s Supreme Court of Judicature, at the suit of John McDonald against Edward Cody, I have taken and seized as the property of the said Edward Cody, all his right, title and lease- hold interest, in and to 80 acres of Land, fronting on the Mcnaghan Road, on Township No. 36,with all the buildings and appurtenances thereon; and I do hereby give public notice that I will, on the 30th day of March, 1864, at the Court House in Charlottetown, at 12 o’clock, noon, set up and sell the above recited property, or as. much thereof as will satisfy the amount of levy marked on the, said writ, being £67 I7s 8d, and interest on £57, part thereof, from the 27th day of February. 1863, until paid, together with Sherilf’s fees and incidental expenses. ’ HENRY LONG WORTH, Sheriff.
