Holman. against James O’Connell and John O’Connell, I have taken and seized as the preperty of the said James O’Connell and John O’Connell, all the right. title and Freehold Inter- est of the said James O’Connell and John O’Connell, in and to fifty acres of land, more or less, together with the buildings and improvements thereon, at present in the occupation oftbe said James O'Connell, situate, ly- ing and being on the western side of the Blue Shank Road, bounded on the south byafarm in the possession of the Waugh Brothers. on the north by a farm in the possession of Mr. McInnis,and on the east by the Blue Shank Road, aforesaid, on Lot or Township Number Nineteen. in Prince County, in Prince Edward Island, and I do hereby give public notice, that I will, on Sat- urday, the thirtieth day of July, 1870, at twelve o’clock, noon, at the Court House, in St. Eleanor’s, in the said County, set up and sell, at public auction. the said pro- perty, or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy mark- ed on the said writ, being twenty-five pounds eighteen shillings and eight-pence(£2518s. 8d.), with interest thereon, at the rate of six per cent. per annum, from the 18th day of January. instant, until paid, and 163. 8d. for the said writ, besides Sherifl' ’s fees and incidental expenses. \\ ILLIAM T.
